Who Has Nana’s Recipe? Contains recipes, stories, pictures, and even artifacts of Nana’s. These include pictures of her serving pieces, serving utensils, Nana’s hand made doilies and lace, and old family pictures. I’ve included a family tree, which brings me back to my maternal great grandparents. Stories and memories from my aunts, uncles and cousins are also shared. There are 57 recipes each having a color photo that shows the finished recipe. Some more complex recipes have color photos that show the steps of the process.

History
I was inspired by Mary Ann Esposito of Ciao Italia to write this cookbook after having attended a workshop she led entitled “How to Write a Cookbook”. I was so excited about the idea of gathering my nana’s recipes that I contacted all of my relatives to let them know about the journey I was about to begin.  They sent me stories, memories, pictures and recipes they had or could recall. This cookbook is a charming collection of all that they sent to me.
